Apologies for the (quite considerable) delays in updating the stats. I'm now back on track, and working to have all stats updated by the weekend. Most of the Junior results are up on the website, and the rest of them plus Seniors matches should be up by Friday. I'll also be able to do a belated New Years Milestone update.

As you may be aware, Brent Hartland, Nick Shannon and myself headed to Sri Lanka recently to play and watch the Australian team. We even got a mention on the TV coverage. The whole trip was great and one of the most pleasing was being able to donate some of our gear to a school in Mount Lavinia , south of Colombo.
It was school holidays and a Saturday as well, but the kids came just to meet us amd it was fantastic to see the smiles on their faces as we presented them with some Hornsby DCC gear. Much donated by the younger players in our club. The pictures tell the story. Well done to everyone.

Hornsby has made it back to back winter premierships! After taking out both the Grade 9 and Grade 12 crowns last season, we backed up and won Grade 7 and Grade 10 this season. 2 seasons, 2 teams, 4 premierships!
Well done boys. And thanks to Sri for once again organising the winter sides.

Now that soccer has finished, we get the use of Montview for some training!
Senior training is from 10am to 5pm on Saturday 3rd September. Attend all day if you wish or come for as long as the body can take it.
The 20/20 competition starts on 10th September with the second round on the 17th and finals 18th.
The competition proper starts 24th September.
